Over the summer, a few programs have changed their policies and/or new information has come out about them.
SurveyHead, a survey site I wrote about a while ago, has been accused of being a scam site not paying its users. I can't say if they pay or not personally, because I haven't reached payout with them yet. FocusLine also appears to be owned by the same company. I'd recommend staying away from those two sites for a while until more information comes out. When I know for sure, I'll definitely let everyone know.
Scour, a paid search site that I wrote about here, is changing their payment system. Instead of cashing out your points for a $25 gift card once you hit 6500 points, each point (from searching, voting and commenting) will enter you into a daily sweepstakes for $25 via Paypal. I'd say that most people aren't too enthusiastic about the new system but Scour still has good results, and the chance of winning is better than what you'd get with Google or a similar site. Even if it's not your thing, there's other paid search engines you can check out. My personal favorite is Swagbucks, which I wrote about here.
As always, you can use the search box on this page to find something else you might like. Keep checking back for more updates.
